$25.00/1st class, $15.00/2nd class per term.
Seniors (60+ years) $17.00/1st class, $10.00/2nd class per term.
Students may register at any time during the term.  Enrollment is limited in some classes.

A discount is available for Seniors who enroll in two classes. To obtain this discount, please contact
the Business Center at (626) 974-6801 for credit back.

Cardio, Mind/Body & Strength Training

Body Works + Abs

A weighted workout set to the rhythm of the music. This class improves overall strength and endurance utilizing barbells/dumbbells/kettle bells. Define yourself! All levels.

Zumba

This workout combines high energy and motivating music with synchronized dance movements designed for any fitness level. The routines feature aerobic fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Want to burn some calories and have fun? Then Zumba is for you!

-----MIND & BODY-----

Yoga

This ancient form of exercise reduces stress, increases flexibility and improves circulation. You will focus on flexibility, balance, strength and posture. Practice on an empty stomach or 2-3 hours after a meal. Bring yoga mat. All levels.

Pilates Sculpt

A contemporary twist to traditional Pilates exercises. Pilates Sculpt corporates a series of challenging rhythmic moves with stretch exercises and various props. Participants will gain improved core strength, flexibility and balance. Bring yoga mat. All levels.

This class is uniquely designed to develop a healthy body and strong mind. Moving through yoga poses while incorporating hand weights and other tools of resistance. Engage several muscle groups at once. Bring yoga mat. All levels.
