Fitness Fees
2-day classes: $40.00/1st class, $30.00 one additional class.
3-day classes: $55.00/1st class, $45.00 one additional class.
Seniors (60+ years)
2-day classes: $32.00/1st class, $30.00 one additional class.
3-day classes: $47.00/1st class, $45.00 one additional class.
Students may register at any time during the term.  Enrollment is limited in all classes.

Holidays: Martin Luther King Day - January 16

Lincoln's Day - February 13
President's Day - February 20
 

Online pre-registration for Exercise, Fitness & Health classes begins
December 7th at 9:00AM and ends December 19th at 12:00PM

Core Conditioning

Want a flat stomach? Tired of crunches? A power-based cardio workout that dramatically improves strength/balance on the Reebok Core Board by combining dynamic, athletic movement and core stability. Wear tennis shoes/bring yoga mat. All levels.

Body Works + Abs

A weighted workout set tot he rhythm of the music. This class improves overall strength and endurance utilizing barbells/dumbbells/kettle bells. Define yourself! All levels.

Kickbox

Kickbox interval class using no equipment. Cardio section uses intensity drills and increased energy sprints followed by work recovery segments. Intense cardiovascular workout. Great fat burner class. All levels.

20/20/20

This class is great for people who like to keep things moving! Three 20 minute intervals of easy to follow aerobics, step training and body sculpting. You’ll really get a diverse workout experience with this class! Bring yoga mat. All levels.

Zumba

This workout combines high energy and motivating music with synchronized dance movements designed for any fitness level. The routines feature aerobic fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Want to burn some calories and have fun? Then Zumba is for you!

Yoga

This ancient form of exercise reduces stress, increases flexibility and improves circulation. You will focus on flexibility, balance, strength and posture. Practice on an empty stomach or 2-3 hours after a meal. Bring yoga mat. All levels.

This gentle class is not rigorous and appropriate for students who are stiff, not very strong, or just want to enjoy very basic Yoga. It is ideal for students working with injuries or limited range of motion. Practice on an empty stomach or 2-3 hours after a meal. Bring yoga mat. All levels.

Pilates Sculpt

A contemporary twist to traditional Pilates exercises. Pilates Sculpt corporates a series of challenging rhythmic moves with stretch exercises and various props. Participants will gain improved core strength, flexibility and balance. Bring yoga mat. All levels.
